Missoula Concrete Construction is pleased to share our involvement in the new $40.4 million Pasco Aquatics Center currently under construction in Pasco, Washington. The 47,000‑square‑foot facility includes two year‑round indoor pools, an outdoor activity pool with a climbing wall, lazy rivers, water slides, and indoor/outdoor hot tubs—designed for community enjoyment throughout the year.
We built custom architectural panels that form part of the natatorium structure. Thanks to the streamlined design-build method and GMP (guaranteed maximum price) structure, the indoor portion has been expanded and enhancements, such as a potential third slide or ninja course, are under consideration without impacting the budget .
The project remains on track for a Memorial Day 2026 opening (May 25, 2026).
