Our precast components are manufactured in a quality controlled, PCI-Certified facility. Meaning there are fewer weather delays and they can be produced in parallel with site preparation work, resulting in 20-30% reduced labor and time on the job site when compared to competative trades

Precast panels are prestressed with high-tensile strength (270 ksi+) 7-wire, steel strands that are pretensioned and cast into the concrete. The combination of durable concrete and high-strength steel results in reduced cracks, increased load carrying capacity, greater spans, and lasting strength.

Precast concrete is a natural fire inhibitor. It is non-combustible, does not need to be treated for fire resistance, retains structural integrity even when exposed to extreme tempuratures, and it absorbs heat, making it easier for occupants to escape. Precast can also be designed to adhere to any fire containment and compartmentalization requirements.

Precast components are manufactured off-site in a controlled facility, then transported to the job site ready for installation. This drastically reduces the need for on-site formwork and staging areas for materials. Additionally, precast installation only requires one crane, a crew of 4-5, and one 18-wheeler.
Since precast is typically erected from the interior or the building, no equipment is needed outside of the building footprint because the installation is done from the inside. This is ideal for tight property lines, urban infill projects, or adjacent structures where exterior space is limited or unavailable.

Precast components are manufactured off-site in a controlled environment, allowing work to begin while site preparation happens simultaneously. This parallel workflow shortens the overall project timeline. Once delivered, precast components are ready to install immediately, reducing on-site labor and minimizing weather-related delays. This leads to fewer days on site and lower labor costs.
Controlled factory production also leads to precise material usage, reducing material waste and costly errors. Additionaly, precast's long lifespan and durability mean fewer repairs and lower lifecycle costs, saving money over the long term.

Through on-going enhancements to the fabricating processes, architectural precast can emulate various architectural styles, shapes and sizes in a wide range of colors, textures and finishes allowing for creative design solutions including brick and stone facades.
